The commentary is published by 9:15 AM Eastern time. It discusses the front contract of the emini Dow (YM) and covers patterns in the daily bars, multi-day retracements and other significant S/R's. This gives us an overall view of the market not just the last move or the last day's move.
The R/T levels are price points where a reversal could be expected. They are useful as exit targets and possible entries if confirmed by the appropriate indicators and price action.
The results quoted on the individual C-R pages are after commissions. They are real trades or real time simulated trades between 9:30 AM and 11:30 AM. I don't trade in the afternoons. None of the trades were end of the day hindsight trades. The name of the system is shown along with the dollar result for one YM contract. The systems traded may change as better ones become available.
Expectancy is the average profit per trade. This includes losses and commissions. To increase your total profit, you can either increase the number of trades you take without decreasing expectancy(longer hours) or increase the expectancy. (stay in trades longer without reducing your winning percentage) Either one of these is difficult to do. I prefer the shorter hours and the high winning percentage.
